Homemade?

I’m feeling crafty and although this doesn’t necessarily translate into any finished products I’m feeling the desire to make our house more holiday-ish — complete with cleaning out unused junk — as well as making things for Christmas, either decor or as gifts.

If you’re making things, let me know. Post picture links or links to project ideas you’ve been dreaming up!

    Making a mess mostly, though I did do a huge tidy up today (I’m sorry, I know that’s not really what you had in mind!)

    American women are so much more into doing crafty projects than us Brits. We had a ladies lunch (mostly older ladies) at the church the other day and they had the place all decorated with pumpkins and the like, it was quite something. I don’t beleive I’d ever seen anything like that in the UK, except perhaps at Christmas.

    The extent of my craftiness is very easy sewing projects (think: sewing a straight line) and putting a few candles or some such together for a centerpiece. That’s why I need easy and fast ideas. And well done on the tidy-up, Sheena! That always feels great when done (says the woman who still needs to tidy for guests tonight).
