Since I’m often behind the lens, I thought I’d “steal” this from my dad’s flickr site and put up on our blog. Gotta love the strawberry residue on Ezra’s chin and subsequently on my shirt!

Hooray! We just got word that we’re approved to rent a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in Mira Mesa! We will have a *separate* office, which means we can work and print things after Ezra goes to bed. Ezra will have his own room and Francis (and all of us) will have a YARD! I’m so excited.
Check out our new digs here.
Now we just need to raise enough money for our salary so we can pay rent.
We are soon to be gainfully employed! Bryce got a job at Harbor in San Diego. Harbor was started in 1999 and now has about 8 sites with approximately 5 church planters, but it’s one church. He’ll be spending about 75 percent of his time developing outreach and mercy ministries with the Mira Mesa and UTC sites and the other 25 percent will be spent seeing other church plants start across the city. We’ll let you know more soon. (Also if you’re interested in supporting us financially and/or through prayer, please email me your postal address. We have to raise most of our salary for the year).
I’d like to think more about living intentionally in either the city, country or suburbs. So, in preparation for a future post of mine, if you could please answer the following questions for me:
a) Where did you grow up (city, country, suburb) and where do you live now?
b) Are you married and do you have kids?
c) Where do you see yourself living long term? Is it influenced by either a) or b)?
d) State your reasons for c). Is it simply due to circumstances or due to feeling it’s the right place for you (or something else)?
