TheLionRampant.net redo!

We remodelled!

I think this is version 4.0 of TheLionRampant.net. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if it’s grunge or vintage. I don’t really think it’s either, personally.

I’m pretty happy with this new design. I think it’s the sort of things folks will either like or not like, without much middle ground. I’m a bit concerned that it may have a faster burn-time than a plainer (more plain?) design. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

It should display properly in any modern browser, but let me know if you have any issues. Enjoy!

P.S. More substantial posting will resume as soon as we get our lives figured out. Or maybe a little sooner.

    Nice design! I’m a fan, and I agree that it’s probably neither vintage or grunge. I think it’s more “Moulin Rouge” than either of those, whatever that means. :) Regardless, very cool design.

    I am with Ken – definitely Moulin Rougesque and as a previous receipient of one of Bryce’s Moulin Rouge style designs I see definite themes. Lovely. Who wants to figure their life out – so boring ;-) !

    One more thing, I don’t like how the links to other blogs is now on a seperate page. It is nice to have the quick navigation away from your page :-)

    No seriously, It means extra clicking to get to the other blogs linked off your blog.

    I love the new look! It looks great in IE, though the text of the post carries over just a bit on top of the picture of the two of you. (Love the picture!)

    I love the look, too! I’m planning a revamp of our blog to make it look more ‘blog’ (don’t ask my why) but I’ve gone so far away, I don’t know how to get back!

    Love the colours the most.

    IE is the bane of my web designing existence. Why won’t it just work right? Arg. I can probably fix it up rather easily though.

    Lori, I recommend getting away from frames. What happened to the flash animation though?
