The 16000 word draft is completed. done. finished. finishimo. well, at least the *draft* is; August will see me making it pretty–hopefully I won’t have major revisions to do, you know reading 10 more books I *obviously* overlooked. 
We’re going to go play up in the NW of Scotland for a few days and I’m bringing a FUN book to read. Have a good week everybody!

Greetings from the States! Ash and Bryce, I hope that you two are enjoying your break in NW Scotland. I just read Ashley’s post of July 17th. Dawn and Brian are set to return from their honeymoon within the next few days. Their wedding was beautiful, though hot for Santa Barbara. It was great to be in SB for a few days, see old friends from Westmont, and remind myself that we used to live in paradise! Ash- Chels and I were thinking of you and wishing that you and Bryce could have joined us. Chelsea reminded me that it was on your wedding day when she correctly predicted the order of the next weddings- Dawn, then Janet. While in Santa Barbara, Chels and I discussed plans to come visit. We are thinking Fall 2005. Sound good?

Hi Tiff, it’s great to hear from you and to hear all the news! We’d love it if you came! Doing research, most anytime is fine with me for you to come. Bryce has classes from September to May, so he won’t have time “off” to go play if you were to come in the fall; but he’d have evenings. How wonderful, keep us posted! We hope to be coming home for the month of January, so hopefully we can all see one another! (if you’re in CA then by chance)

That would be wonderful to see you in January. We will have to see as it gets closer. I plan to be home for Christmas and stay for Janet’s wedding in Redwood City on January 1st. We will keep each other updated!
